Therapy Services-
*Although virtual, clients must be in the states where the clinician is licensed while therapy commences.
*Potential clients will be screened and services rendered based on the clinical assessment of the clinician.
*While life is sometimes unpredictable, cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance or subject to the charge of a full session.
*Privacy and confidentiality are of paramount importance. Any possible breaches of this, including potential dual relationships not reported, will need to be addressed immediately.
*Although it is acceptable and often welcome, on an as needed basis, to reach out to your therapist outside of session, please be aware of normal working hours. Eunoia Therapy and Wellness will do their best to respond to any correspondence within 24 hours.
*As with any therapeutic setting, please allow yourself the time in session to be free of distractions, including text messages and emails. It is encouraged that cell phones and other potential distractions be silenced during therapy.
*Please dress for your virtual session as if you were coming into an office atmosphere and refrain from drinking alcohol or using substances before or during session.
*Fees for service are expected to be paid in full at the time that services are rendered.
*Please refer to the section in your paperwork, filed when starting therapy, for any additional policies and expectations.
